Santa\u2019s Art Shop features over 150 Exhibitors selling original arts, crafts &amp; food.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm7\">Each year, more than nine thousand enthusiastic holiday shoppers visit Santa\u2019s Art Shop; making it the largest and most popular 2-day show in the area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm7\">We have a total of just over 25,000 square feet of indoor space and over 4,000 square feet of outdoor space along the Midway for you to attractively showcase your wares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm7\">Publicity for this event is widespread, covering parts of Central and Southern California.<\/p>\n<h3>Show Days<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Normal\">Saturday, December 5th, 9:00 am &#8211; 5:00 pm<\/li>\n<li class=\"Normal\">Sunday, December 6th,\u00a0 9:00 am &#8211; 4:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Set-up Days<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Normal\">Friday, December 4th, 1:00 pm &#8211; 7:00 pm<\/li>\n<li class=\"Normal\">Saturday, December 5th, 6:00 am &#8211; 8:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Normal\">Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the show, exhibitors will receive details via email regarding: vehicle parking, and other check-in information.<\/p>\n<h3>Show Categories<\/h3>\n<p>Santa\u2019s Art Shop is open to selected original arts and crafts, hand-made arts and crafts sold by agents, as well as cottage industry crafts.<\/p>\n<h3>To be an Exhibitor<\/h3>\n<p>All exhibitors must email the application, Seller\u2019s Permit, and copy of Insurance certificate. If accepted, an invoice will be emailed for payment. If not accepted, we will inform you by email.<\/p>\n<p>75% of items displayed and for sale must be handcrafted by the vendor. Any market or mass-produced items are unacceptable and may not be sold at this show. The spirit of this show is that you are selling arts and crafts made by yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Santa\u2019s Art Shop operates on a flat fee basis with no commissions.<\/p>\n<p><em>Participation in this show is solely at the discretion of the Santa\u2019s Art Shop review committee.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>First-time exhibitors must email photographs of their artwork and or craft.<\/p>\n<h3>To be a Food Vendor<\/h3>\n<p>All Food Vendors must complete and email: the application, and a copy of their Temporary Food Health Permit and Certificate of Insurance. To get a Temporary Food Health Permit contact:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Environment Health Specialist- IT | Kern County Public Health (661) 364-3197<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Participation in this show is solely at the discretion<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">of the Santa\u2019s Art Shop review committee.<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Insurance:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If you need an insurance source &#8211; contact:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ACT Insurance at (844) 520-6991 or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actinsurance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actinsurance.com<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Policy coverage amount $1 million per occurrence.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally insured as follows:<br \/>&#8220;Santa&#8217;s Art Shop, it&#8217;s employees, board members, agents, and volunteers. Desert Empire Fairgrounds, it&#8217;s officers, board members, and agents.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Deadlines:<\/h3>\n<p>Applications are welcome until November 15th. Any applications coming in after November 15th will be placed on a waiting list in case any cancellations occur. Food Vendor application health permits must be in no later than November 15, 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellations:<\/h3>\n<p>All exhibitors are subject to cancellation charges as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations through September 15th of the current show year will be refunded, minus a $50 cancellation\/processing fee.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be made or accepted on processed applications after September 15th.<\/li>\n<li>A refund will be processed within two weeks from the date the request is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To Apply<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Click the links below to complete our fillable PDF applications.
